Mid 30s, almost 6' tall, current at 198lbs (waking, post-clearance), still 10% BF.
Current diet is back down to about two days 2500 cal, one day 3000 calories, repeat (carb--down, carb-up) (post above explains why massive calories are difficult for me - insulin dependent diabetic).
I train M-W-F, light 30 minute lunch workout (abs, maybe shoulders), and 1-1.5 hours after work (main body parts). Rep ranges right now are in the 5-6 range, doing strength routine right now with mostly compound exercises (in prep to roll back into 10 rep, muscle building range at hopefully heavier weights than before when done with the strength routine). I change routines every 4 weeks.
I'd like to run another short 6-8 weeker. I was gearing up for a first inject cycle but not going to happen right now (stuff never "made it to me"). Perhaps spring or pre-summer. Tapped out with Christmas and birthdays.
Goals are to gain solid, hard, keepable muscle. I'd also like to focus on some symetry, so huge growth is not needed. I like looking good and lean the entire time, I don't like being bloated, and I bloat easily (stomach) when on high calories, even on relatively clean carbs. After a PWO shake, I look preggers, lol! I’d like to be able to keep calories and carbs down to as low as possible but still make gains. 5-7lbs while dropping 1% of BF would be great…
Anyway, here's what I have:

4 bottles 19 Tren TFO
113 tbol 10mg
200 anavar 10mg (anxious to try)
200 winstrol 10mg (was a "bonus" throw-in from last year due to order issues, never touched it)
10mg and 20mg Nolvadex
25mg Aromasin
Sustain Alpha
