I usually touch or almost touch on inclines. I like a closer grip so that I can hit the clavicular head more than the sternal head.

I pull my shoulders back, squeezing my shoulderblades together and push my chest out. I lower the bar all the way.

You can also experiment with locking out vs. not locking out, and rep tempo/lockout pause. (Faster is usu best for power, though)
