Hey everyone. I started my different life on 2/14/03, now, 3 month down the road, I am seeing a little progress. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Well im not platinum so I cant see the pics that well but it looks like you have made some great progress, keep up the good work, you have already done the hardest part and thats just making the decision to live a healthier longer life.
 
How much weight have you lost in that time frame. 20-25 lbs or so?

You can see the improvement in your progress pics, less back fat around the love handles, flatter stomach and what was looking like a double chin is disappearing.

Good job so far man, keep up the hard work. You are looking a lot better.

Are my about averaging the amount of weight I am losing? Or, should it be faster or slower?

Diet wise, I started off being really hard core, protein, protein, and more protein. But as time went on, I slacked off, but just avoided sweets, sodas, and eating late. Overall, I think it's making a difference.

As for working out, I have only be doing upper body. Working out 5 days a week. I have slowed down on running, I was running everyday, but because my work, I rearly run anymore. I am a warehouse manager and do a lot of lifting of products all day long.

Eat clean
Start squatting and working out your legs and entire body
Cardio 2 + X per week at least.

Some people a lot more knowledgeable than me can give you better insight.
