Can someone please tell me if I will gain the chest strength i have now back after I get unders? I have overs now and i am tired of the fake feel and ripples but I don't want to permenately lose my pectoral strength. I hear they cut the muscle and I have also heard you are never allowed to train really heavy again (low reps, heavy). I am hoping this isn't true. Need some real life experiences! thanks

I know some women that have gone under and still bodybuild, but most have them put over again.

They say they have 'flattened them out' from training chest heavy.

Are you planning on competing?

No I don't plan on competing anymore. Those days are past. I just want to stay strong. Here is my post:

I throw heavy hay bales, having implant surgery 10 days, need advice quick please!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am scheduled in 10 days to do a cohesive gel under the muscle breast implant surgery (I currently have saline OVER the muscle which look great but feel like hard bags of water).
My PS suggests under the muscle because it will look better.

I am still not sure about going UNDER the muscle. I know it looks and feels more natural but I not only lift heavy chest (well, heavy for me- I weigh 109 and bench 60# dumbells for reps), but I have a horse ranch and I have to throw 50# plus hay bales over my head (into the feeder or for stacking).

WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THIS AGAIN?? How long will it take if yes?
I read everyones implant posts back to 2005 but no one mentioned if they lost daily functional ability. Please help asap!

If the answer is that I will not be able to throw hay bales after 6 months, I will have to do OVER the muscle. The horse ranch is my life, I can't be weak.

I can handle not doing presses heavy I guess since my BB days are past but can't lose my lifestyle.

yikes. Please give me real life advice, the deadline approaches. Thanks girls!

PS
I had the saline implants put in 12 years ago and never regretted it. I was a AA and now I am a nice C.
