Hey this is america where you are guilty til proven innocent. If it were the opposite (like it is stated by the law) you wouldn't have to sit in jail or be apprehended until they prove your innocence in court.

Not aking their assigned seats and dispersing in the aircraft would've raised a big red flag with me. I could care less if they were praying. Another thing was asking for the seat belt extenders when they weren't heavy. They could have been used as a weapon. If you ask me, this was a recon.

They were kicked off of a plane for essentially being Muslim's. Airlines are Government regulated and considered a public service so they can not refuse service to someone for being of a certain religious affiliation or ethnicity. It violates the bill of rights.
no they were kicked off a plan because their actions were making people afraid. National law and international law are in place to protect the public.. not the individual rights of people..
They are alledging they were discriminated against because they are members of a protected class. That would constitute a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
