Imams Kicked Off of Flight For Suspicious Behavior Sue Airline, The Airport, and The Passengers Who Reported Them

Too bad they weren't praying to Christ or else we could have sued them!

This country is ridiculous.

no they were kicked off a plan because their actions were making people afraid. National law and international law are in place to protect the public.. not the individual rights of people..
Actually you're wrong. The bill of rights was enacted to protect the rights of the individual from the tyranny of the masses. Hence why we have an electoral college voting system, and other laws that make the voice of the minority heard and protected. Praying on a plane is not a illegal.

Everyone is talking about first Amendment rights when the First Amendment only prohibits the government from making laws about freedom of speech. The Airlines are a private industry and reserve the right to carry whoever they wish.
Oh wow how ignorant. Airlines are regulated by the federal Government and are considered a PUBLIC SERVICE. They can not refuse service to someone for praying. End of subject.

It's not the end of subject, passengers and flight crew witnessed them dispersing to seats not their own, asking for seatbelt extenders which weren't needed, and then discussing Osama Bin Laden on a US carrier. Either they were immensely dumb, or they were doing a recon to see what they could get away with.

Don't pull that shit with me, I'd frag you first and ask questions later.

So sitting where you want to sit (ROSA PARKS RING A BELL!!??!), asking for a more comfortable seatbelt, and discussing a highly controversial political figure are grounds to refuse a public service? No,... it's not. The airline is getting sued, and the airline will lose.
