I start lifting at the beginning of this year for about 2.5 months. My gains were coming along very quickly and I was happy with what I had accomplished. This lasted from the beginning of January to mid-March.
I then stopped completely for no reason at all. I've decided to start back up (and hopefully continute this time), with a nice 5x5 routine that I have set up for myself.
I have trouble staying motivated, and I hope that these boards will help me. I have set goals, and I think that this may also help me...
