Sorry to hear about everything V..most people have to work so hard to support their family especially being a single mom...my ex hasn't worked since she was 18 years old...it's a shame

Have you contacted your local legal aid office? Legal aid attorneys provide free legal assistance to low income individuals. Your case would be a priority, as it involves child support/child custody and domestic violence. If you have a law school in your area, you could also probably get a free student attorney through the law school's legal clinic.
