oh yes, i love this shit. after 3 months of no or very minimal soreness, today my ass is so sore it hurts to sit. all from incline leg press. I feel like im gonna fall down every time i stand up.

awesome

Dude I can't explain the love that I have for this routine. I have increase in strength and size everywhere. I'm going to cut starting in June and with my new gains in size I'm afraid to. I've gained 25 pounds in three months a PR for me and although it's not all muscle it's a big gain after being so stagnant for so long. I love the program.

told youd like it....just wait till you start adding weight. Yesterday I curled 115 for 5X5 i felt like it was only 50lbs. Cant wait to add next week

Do you guys ever do more than 5reps on your last set b/c you know you can? I sometimes do this and I wonder if thats a bad thing or not. Any ideas?

Nothing wrong with keeping a couple of reps up your sleeve. I'd stick to the 5 reps and add more weight next workout.

i use a weight where i can barely get 5 reps on my last set, id rather only be able to do 4 reps then to do 8 on the last set. if i an do more then 5 on the last set i know im not pushing myself hard enough.
