I'm curious if anyone of you gals can do

I am a firm beleiver is NOT USING straps.....this way your forearm and grip strength improve.

Try doing weighted dips w/a spotter. True they will have to give you a little boost to get you up, but if it is ALL YOU on the negative your strength WILL IMPROVE.
 
Pullups : wide grip over hand
Maybe 5 or 6


Chin ups " under hand grip
like 15


Pullups: Close grip (like on a V handle)

no..... not yet.

Do pullup work your forearms much?

Yep..can get 5-6 on my own..depending if I have my carb fuel..maybe more..

dont forget to tell them about the dips with the weight chained between your legs....you strong fuck !! :D :p
