igf lr3, mgf, and other peps stack

Hey guys, just about to run my first peptide stack.

Details;
23 years old
trained for years
Good clean diet year round
Done one cycle test dbols
80kg 13%bf
5'9

Currently running HGH frag and mt2

Have just ordered igf lr3 and mcg 1mg each
Is this the way to run it
Igf-40mcgs bi lat pwo
Mcg-100mcgs bi lat previous day to work out (eg if I'm training back tomorrow, inj mgf today into lats etc)

Do I have to worry about receptor down regulation if stacking both
And if not, can I run igf past 4 weeks or do I need to rest for 4 weeks still?

Any pointers would be greately appreciated
 
igf LR3.... post WO or the following day after your workout. like 1st thing in the am. Post WO you get a good natty igf response from damaging muscle fibers. also a mgf response as well. when you damage the muscles the body needs to fix it.

mgf post WO, wait 25min post wo tho. during this time natural mgf will spike, than you will have your mgf for a spike. if you only use mgf 2-3 days a wk. and LR3 3 days a wk....at lower doses you can stay on for 8wks.

if you go nuts on the lr3 you will down reg the receptors and you should stop after 30-35 days. so a dose of 40-120mcg is a wide range, the higher you go the quicker you should stop. also if your taking a few off days that will help keeping both potent and natty production going too.
 
Thanks gymrat, so if I'm currently on a 4 day split I could pin mgf 25 min pwo, and pin igf @40mcgs (split into two 20mcgs) in the am into muscle group getting trained that days.

What dose should I do the mgf?
 
Righto, so I just read I can do 60mcgs mgf (30mcgs bilat) pwo and 30-60mins later 30mcgs igf (15 each bilat)

Is this old info or the new school best way to go about it, I start in two days so info would be appreciated asap.
