Ifg-1 lr3

Hey bros! I have another question about how to take IGF-1 LR3...So I don't know how much bac water I should be mixing into the lr3 bottle? Then how much to withdraw from and administer? So I'm looking for help/how on taking it? I have as follows;

1-30ml bottle of bac water
1-1000mcgs or 1mg bottle of the Igf-1lr3 powder
A couple of 28 gage 1cc 1/2" U-100 insulin syringes.
Alcohol wipes.

I'm 6'1" 230 don't know if amount is a matter of size or is it "one size (injection) fits all" type of thing??
