To cut as much body fat as possible with out losing more than 10 lbs how would you do it?
supps, diet, lift regiment, running........

have to access to:
-basic fat burning supps-hydroxycut hard core
-6mg/6ml albuterol
-1/3 bottle forma stanzol
-2.5 bottle of gear
-2.5 bottles of need2slin

I have the same question. I have clenbuterol but not sure if I want to use it.

Stats
5' 11'' 220lb
39 years old, 10% or less body fat. Not a perfect diet but no junk food of any type "usually". High protein and starting to reduce carbohydrates and sugars to lean down a bit more for the summer.
Training now for 22 years. I don't compete, I just like to look and feel good.
Two weeks into a cycle of 300 per week sus, 150 per week deca, 20mg per day d-boll 2-IU's HGH per day, and .25 ed of Letrozole. I also take liver protection every day.
 
ive learnt the hard way to lose fat slowly (half to 1lb/week max) to protect musle its so hard to build so why risk losing it . but if i wanted to lose maximum fat in 8 weeks would do eca 3 x day, fasted cardio(with 5gbcaa) 30/45mins every morning n keep weight training the same . for diet IF 16/8 set cals at 15x lb/ lbm on training days , pro at 1.5g lb/lbm (training or rest days) carbs at 2g/lb lbm on training days the rest from fat . cals on rest days at 12 x lb/ lbm carbs on rest day 50g max the remainder of cals from fat .
