I will puke if I eat another chicken breast

I have been eating the same thing for the past 6 months every day, consisting of chicken breasts, roast beef, turkey , steak, tuna. I am so burnt out its like I am hungry but when I see that chicken again I dont want to eat. What do you guys do for a diet plateu??

I don't think fried chicken would be a good idea on a cutting diet (except maybe on a CKD).

Anyway, don't your fat loses justify the fact of eating the same staples for the past 6 months???

I have been doing the same for 5 months now, and I am so happy with the results I couldn't care less if I have to eat the same shit until Dec.

Try some variations, marinades, etc.

If you puke those breasts bro, make sure you eat up some more!!! :-)

Just be happy your not in college and can't even eat them. Right now all I eat is cottage cheese and raw egg whites. Chicken would be amazing for me.
 
I have so many ways to cook chicken, that I'm never, ever sick of it......
 
how bout fish? ever broil salmon or swordfish? a little oil, or Pam, with some seasoning salt. lemon...i eat the skin with the salmon, the best part!
 
glennds has a good idea. What about fish or seafood? I'm not talking about Tuna but some other white fish. You can also eat shrimp. Although seafood can be pricey. Also that cheat day is a great idea. If I did not cheat every once in a while it would kill me.

Have you tried cooking the chicken in chicken wing sauce and dipping it in fat free blue cheese?

2 words- YUM ME!
 
It sounds like you need to cook it different ways...

Here are just a few of mine:

Sauteed in oil and garlic
Stir fried with schezuan sauce or Lite Soy sauce & veggies
Fried in oil, lemon and wine
