I thought it was BARBELL bench that could f up your shoulders

I recently have been have ALOT of shoulder pain. This is partly do to heavy barbell bench presses. It was so bad I could not finish my workout sometimes.

I recently switched to Dumbell about 2 weeks ago and the pain is manageable. Slight discomfort still but MUCH better.

The freedome of movement dumbells give your shoulder makes all the difference.

Plus I started doing rotator cuff exercise 3 times a week and supplementing with glucosomine/chondroiton(spelling?) and MSM.
 
My shoulders hurt when benching until I changed my benching
style. I now do a PL'ing style bench and this has made all the
difference. My shoulders no longer bother me.

Also, G/C supplements seem to help my joints.

my shoulders hurt while benching until i started doing a few rotator exercises prior to my chest workout. the pain has since gone away, and im getting stronger.
