I recently have been have ALOT of shoulder pain. This is partly do to heavy barbell bench presses. It was so bad I could not finish my workout sometimes.
I recently switched to Dumbell about 2 weeks ago and the pain is manageable. Slight discomfort still but MUCH better.
The freedome of movement dumbells give your shoulder makes all the difference.
Plus I started doing rotator cuff exercise 3 times a week and supplementing with glucosomine/chondroiton(spelling?) and MSM.
