I think this diet will shred the s*#t out of you!

I prefer potatoes while Im dieting for my post workout meals
I usually take in about 90 grams of Vitargo(quick acting carb with creatine) and 15 oz of a potato with some ketchup(sodium/potassium ratio works well) along with 1 lb of chicken plus all my supps(arginine, 4-hydroxyisoluecine, cinulin, RLA..etc)
works great mixing fast/med and slow carbs post workout , i find my blood sugar tapers well and I maintain a pretty ridiculous pump for hours and hours after my workout

That looks great on paper, however I cannot eat any type of rice while dieting because my blood sugar drops quickly. I always eat it with protein and the same thing always happens. I don't recommend rice while dieting. Everyone is different though and if it works for you then have at it.

i cant get away with eating rice when cutting. i was trying to let people know that there is little difference when they are combined with protein sources in the glycemic index.

my friend competed at the world championships this year in china (i think it was there) and he's all natural, mf'er eats 450 grams of carbs while cutting and 300 are from white rice, DAILY. prick! but he has that gene i guess. not me that's for sure.

Yeah, he must have great genetics for handling carbs that well. Most of us can't do that.
