I prefer potatoes while Im dieting for my post workout meals
I usually take in about 90 grams of Vitargo(quick acting carb with creatine) and 15 oz of a potato with some ketchup(sodium/potassium ratio works well) along with 1 lb of chicken plus all my supps(arginine, 4-hydroxyisoluecine, cinulin, RLA..etc)
works great mixing fast/med and slow carbs post workout , i find my blood sugar tapers well and I maintain a pretty ridiculous pump for hours and hours after my workout
