rofl, ya ill second that bro, too much fuckin eggs and brocolli for me, id just go with the ISOpure shakes, all the whey protein ISOLATE you need and vitamins/minerals and Branched Chain Amino Acids you need....You need some diversity in there too bro, I love chicken i mean im sure we all do but you gotta mix things up man!

Pretty standard diet. It's best to put the majority of carbs around your training and then taper them down throughout the rest of the day. I don't like white rice either, even post workout. Have some oatmeal with dextrose or maple and brown sugar oatmeal.

Hey Makevelli, you've got a great look bro, give me some advice on how to tweak my diet to make some lean mass gains on this cycle. Some say that it is not possible to put on lbm and lose fat at the same time, but I've done it natural so theres no reason why it can't be done with gear if diet, training, and rest are right on point.

So you think that a 1/2 cup oatmeal with a little honey (dextrose) etc is better than white rice?

I normally make a killer post workout meal with white rice that taste like desert. I use 1/2 cup (dry measure) white rice, add 20 grams of vanilla Dymatize whey isolate and 5 egg whites (cooked) to it, a little vanilla extract, some sugar free maple syrup, and a 1/3 bannana and mix together. I taste like desert!

I may try oats instead of white rice and see what happens. I have just found that oats PW doesn't digest fast enough, and dextrose digests too fast and allows me too crash to quick. It also seems to give me some bloat, probably because I am sensitive to simple sugars (ie bloat, fat gain easily)

Yes, you will crash too fast if you just take dextrose. That's why I recommend, and use, 1/2 C. oatmeal with about 30 grams of dextrose. That way I get the fast release of insulin through the dextrose and the steady release of carbs through the oatmeal. It works great.

Don't use honey. It's mainly fructose. That's fine if you're using slin, but otherwise you should avoid it. You need to get straight dextrose. Most nutrition stores nowadays have it. I remember just 5 years ago it was hard to find. Now we all know the benefits, so it's easier to find.

You can add lbm and lose fat at the same time, but it's not easy. You need to use the right combo of drugs and be at the right starting point with your physique. What I mean by that is if you start out at 6% bodyfat you most likely won't add more muscle, but you will still lose fat and retain what you have. However if you start at 12%, then you will lose fat and gain muscle. Your body will drop the fat easier and will still build muscle. It's also easier if you are regaining muscle. I can blow up very quickly because I used to be much bigger than I am now. It pisses my friends off, but I put in the work initially. Now I don't want to be that big so I have to really watch how much protein and carbs I eat or else I'll stay close to that size.

the glycemic index of white rice when eaten with protein is like 24 or 26 and brown rice in the same situation is @ 18. there is little to no difference. eat whichever you like as long as its combined with a protein source.

True, but white rice sucks balls. I can't eat that garbage.

Mak, do you find that a low dose of T3 really helps shed bf while still being able to keep calories moderate? I have been contemplating taking 15-25 mg (mcg?) daily to see what it will do.

Also, is 60 grams of protein per meal too many calories while dieting considering that I am only eating about 10 grams of carbs per meal?

Yes T3 will help with fat loss, but you need to use at least 25-50 mcgs/day.

When your fat and carbs are lower your protein intake needs to be higher and vice versa. I would lower the protein slightly and increase your fat.

That looks great on paper, however I cannot eat any type of rice while dieting because my blood sugar drops quickly. I always eat it with protein and the same thing always happens. I don't recommend rice while dieting. Everyone is different though and if it works for you then have at it.
