Diet

#1 5 egg whites, 20 grams whey, 3/4 cups oats
#2 5 eggs whites, 40 grams whey, 1/2 cup (dry measure) white rice
#3 5 oz boiled chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup oats, 2 fish oil caps
#4 6 0z boiled chicken, 1 cup broccol1, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
#5 5 oz boiled chicken, romaine and spinach salad, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 10 grams whey protein mixed in.
#6 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 10 grams whey, 2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 cup brussels sprouts ( or other greens)
 
Check this out bro. Eggs get old and trying to pound 18 egg whites a day is going to suck. Drop the white rice go with brown or get rid of it completely. For the egg situation try this.

30 mins before bed. 12 egg whites, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, your choice of protein powder and 1 cup of 2% or skim milk blended. it's a big drink and about 30-45 mins after drinking it your body already start to absorb the egg whites making it a perfect time to catch an 8 hr sleep. Try it.
 
That drink that I make I use 2% milk and Mega Why which has 40grams of protein per serving along with the jumbo size eggs = right at about 100grams of protein.. A regular egg white contains about 4 grams of protein. If you include the yolk it's about 6.5 grams of protein. Good source of lutein but they have fat in them too.
 
Ya this diet will tend to get the gas flowing!

I only eat white rice post workout to get a good insulin response. Otherwise it is oatmeal, brown rice, or barley for my carb sources.

My theory is that packing in a decent amount of carbs before and after training will allow you to almost completely eliminate carbs at all other times of the day where you would then eat protein and efa (and veggies of course)
 
the glycemic index of white rice when eaten with protein is like 24 or 26 and brown rice in the same situation is @ 18. there is little to no difference. eat whichever you like as long as its combined with a protein source.
