if you make homemade MRPs with oats,flax, peanut butter etc
you're still getting real food for the most part. its great and ive had alot of success doing this while cutting and bulking
Im in the same boat... I put muscle on very easily but gain fat also... I dont think I can take a liquid diet and it may also be the reason your weight yo-yo's +/- 45 pounds. You just have to get a solid diet down and stick to it. I stay away from "bulking" cycles and since you are in the same boat I am you may want to do the same thing. Just eat clean and watch your calories.

I see a potential lack of fiber. What I do is add a spoonful of Metamucil to my last glass of water before bedtime. That's an easy 20-30 grams of fiber right there.

That is interesting...never thought of doing that. Good idea.
Omega....props to you for being able to follow that diet. I couldn't do it. I like chewing and eating food way too much to be on a liquid diet! Hope your results are awesome!
