Ok Here is the situation.
I'm 5'10 1/2 @ 244lbs. I probably have a BF% around the high teens maybe 15%-17%.
Before my cycle, I started with a high body fat %, not obese, but I was smooth. I looked big with shape with clothes on but not without. I have some good muslce size from previous cycles (sust, laurabolin, test enth).
I started an AS cycle EQ(300 mg/w) & Winny(50mg EOD) about two months ago.I gained 7-10 lbs, as of now, from that cycle and dropped some BF% noticeably.
So I know what I am doing is working, up until now.
I was, and currently am, on a CKD diet as well as T3 & clen.
I made some really good progress but now I feel that I have run into a plateau.
Most of my remaining BF is around my nipples and lower abs. I have BF around my serratus areas as well.
Is there anything I can change to modify my workouts and shed the rest of the nagging BF?
Training:
mon - chest, back, abs, cardio
tues - bis, tris, shoulders, legs
wed - abs, chest, cardio (30 mins/ 75%hr)
thurs - cardio (30 mins/ 75% hr)
fri - whole body circuit workout
