I need to eat more !

FOOD!
eating a lot is so effective. I'm getting stronger and bigger very quickly since i stopped worrying about cutting and being lean, and just packed away the food (and got really serious about my training). It's not making me into a fat person either.
 
actually i was trying to post in a thread where CCJ's woman was getting complemented

somehow it ended up here, either cuz the boards were fucked up or I was

but anyways skaman i suggest you dine on asian whenever you get a chance, preferably in a hot tub

I've recently been getting an extra 360cals a day by adding 3 tbsp of olive oil to my nighttime shake. I think that puts me somewhere around 5500.

that was my last birthday present.

my mum use to do body for life.......but now she is on "the zone" diet.

she understands where im comming from. But she doesnt like the whole low carbs thing. but if shes cooking dinner there will always be more eat put aside for me...or if we go out as a family she will make sure the place has large meat meals.

but you have to beware witht his whole MASSIVE eating thing. make sure its all quality (with a bit of indulgance) and not the other way around.
I can tell you how bad it is!

I am trying a new way of eating (for me anyway) and im losing weight and gaining/retaining muscle at the same time.
