I need some advice on weight loss

I started doing my morning cardio at 5:30 am every morning along with starting a clenbuterol cycle. I currently weigh about 180 and want to get down to 170. My diet consists of lean turkey breast with whole wheat bread for lunch, and tuna and or ham and turkey for dinner. MY question is since I am not eating right will the weight still come off. I dont have time to eat 6 meals a day. What are some suggestions. I weight train 3 days a week with cardio everyday. Thanks

Are you just curious about weight lose? Or do you want to be down to a certain size for a reason? If for precontest, have you tried ebson salts?
I used these before a competiton and lost 18 pounds in 30 minutes. OF course it is only water. Has anyone else used this method? curious to know. You must use the right formula to loose the weight.
 
I dont know much about the whole eating properly thing, that is why I am here. All I do know is what my workout consists of and I am starting to cycle clen with it. The problem is that I dont have the time to eat. so when I do the meals are small and not too fatty. I want to lose the 10-15 lbs so that I can start to have more definition in my body. Let me put it this way, when i started i had NO strength or definition at all. after a couple of years my strength has gotten where I wanted it, and the definition is only in the arms shoulders and traps. I want to get a flat stomach, not contest or six pack material. just flat. I am about 5'8" and weigh about 180. I know that If i got the fat off and went down to 170-165 I would see what I want. The problem is getting there, hence the reason I stated clen. Tomorrow will be my second day on it. Problem is that I only have enough for 8-10 days, I want to run a 21 day cycle. About the eating.... do i really need to up the calories to lose weight?? wont the clen and cardio help out?? sorry for a long post.
 
The clen and the cardio will help you burn calories,

but if you don't eat enough food your metabolism will slow down, and/or your body will start using your muscles for food.

Take your bodyweight x 12 then subtract a few hundred calories from that. You should be getting at least that many calories a day, IMO.
 
Calories should be along your BMR minus the wanted burn of calories. Do the Interval training I mentioned and the fat will burn off. When you run out of clen try the eca stack 50mg of ephedrine, 400 mg oc caffeine and 2 aspirin. take 3 times a day before 2pm.

Wow, you guys are great. What do you think about my clen cycle, It will be the only thing I will be on it is 20mcg each. I will run out since I only have 40 pills but will purchase more to finish the cycle

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg
Day14: 60 mcg
Day15: 40mcg

edit: I will be taking taurine along with this to avoid the rebound effect.
 
the eca stack is a combination of ephedrine casseine and aspirin. I suggest to buy the pills seperately. Try mini thins (or elite fitnesses) for ephedrine, 357 magnums ( elite fitnesses caffeine) for caffeine and then get the basic aspirin from your drug store. I mention the elite fitness stuff because we are on the web page and chat forum. I have not yet used it. I had a contest with my workout partner with fat loss and won using the eca stack of mini thins, caffein and spirin listed above. however i used 75mg of ephedrine, 6oomg of caffein and750 mg of aspirin 5 times a day. yes i was wired but my fat loss was tremendous. i kicke dhis butt. he was using clen. Don't try my eca stack unless you are in perfect health and your heart and blood pressure are fine. plus start low and increase as you need it. I had been using the satck fo awhile and my body had gotten used to the stuff. I repeat..use with caution or you could iend up with medical complications.
 
I have read that stuff about complications when using too much. I am in perfect health, and no high blood pressure or any of that runs in my family. I want to use the clen first and see what that gets me. I am not FAT, I just want to get a little more tone in the chest and ab area.
