i Need Deadlift help

Thanks the Mann, After this meet I wiil try that approach.... ( I promised my self I would stick to this program and not stray for the meet )
 
yes...im thinking of going with a belt too...
i think it really helps to develop the trunk and botom of both the squat and deadlift...
youll really see where youre weaknesses are...

ed coan on his training video,
says he does around 835 if i recall for a few reps with no belt!
and barbell rows with over 500 with no belt too...
