I am a 190 lb 6'0 outside linebacker and I play college football. I have lifted continuously for 8 months now and I am just not getting the results that I need. I am new to the supplement area and would like to get some advise on where to start.

This is a good board to scan for knowledge and ask for help. But you'll need to give some details on where you're at and where you hope to be after. Are you saying you've only been lifting for 8 months, or just got back into it? I never knew anyone who played even div AAA who wasn't working out since freshman year h.s.anyway, there are a lot of current and former athletes on this board that can help you find the answers to your questions.
on a side note...What division level? I would be pretty concerned with testing if it were me. I would probably be waiting for the off season, but everyone makes their own choices.

well if you only have been working out for 8 months and your playing football i would not use gear right now cause if you get cought your done. i would just stick with some good protein and some eas cratein or amino acids. then after football is done then you can use your gear well good luck to you bro

[my school is doing Divison ll next year so we currently do not test for any kind of steroids. Right now I am a redshirt freshman looking to bulk up. Im sorry for the limited details but I have been lifting since my first year in highschool. What im looking for is something with quick gains to give me that starting spot next year. I do not want to inject anything so pills would be my choice. Right now my bench is at a meisly 250 and i am looking to get into the 300 mark.

Your primary concern needs to be drug testing. If you go on, I would recomend test suspension and masterone, and possibly anadrol or dbol in the summer when you think you are not going to be tested.

Your inseason stack should probably just be suspension, and masterone, sicne drostelone will not show up on many steroid tests, unless they specifically test for DHT, along with insulin. My cousin played as an defensive tackle and his stacks looked something this through college (don't know what he used once he was drafted)
100-150 mg of test suspension twice a day
150-200 mg of anadrol a day
20 iu's of humalin-r post workout
4-6 iu's of hgh ed

However you have a great deal of research to do before you use any gear, especially since you are a tested athelete.

I have been lifting since i was a freshman in highschool but have been lifting really hard now for 8 months. I am a redshirt freshman and plus our school does not test for anything currently until our school gets moved up next year. I want to get an edge before any of the new freshman get in so i can prove my stuff. I have the talent but at this new position it just requires for strength. One more thing what is "gear"

Why the aversion to injections? Orals are way more toxic and have worse side effects overall. If you fear the needle you should not do the sauce. There are more dangerous aspects of AAS to fear than a 23guage needle in your ass cheek. Do 400mg test and 400mg of deca per week for your first cycle and eat like never before. One thing to keep in mind is the juice doesn't guarantee a starting spot. You've got to have the talent primarily. I've seen many athletes take the sauce and never have I seen it make even a good athlete great. Barry Bonds may be on juice but that doesn't cause him to only strike out 30 times per season. The man is a god with or without the juice. Just something to keep in the back of your head. The media recently has been blaming steroids for the suicides of a few young promising athletes. Juice does not cause people to kill themselves. What happens is these kids are all-everything in the comforts of highschool and believe they can star at the next level. They quickly find that they are only average at the next level (which is stll pretty impressive) and look for gear to "get them to the top". The problem is that this rarely works and when they find out that even with juice they're not going to be a star or even start they get depressed and that leads a weak minded kid to do himself in. But, juicing is fun so I say keep your expectations in perspective and be careful but by all means hit the gear.

Sorry to burst your bubble friend but Div II football most definitely tests for AAS. Trust me on this one. Or you can go to the NCAA website for more facts. http://www.ncaa.org/news/2002/20020930/active/3920n24.html.

Don't listen to everything your linemen are telling you, lol :)

You are a fucking asshole! This kid is using football to pay for his college and you just told him, a drug tested athelete, to use deca. I know you probably thought it was funny, but when someone starts messing with people's future like that, it really pisses me off.
