Does anybody have any book suggestions that could help train my brain into thinking about the muscle I'm working. I'm noticing that when I work out with weights I finish very fast, and it has nothing to do with the intensity not being high enough. I rest very little, and I know for a fact I could use some more mind control. I was wondering if there is a book out there that can help me with that, as there appears to be books about everything nowadays.
