I injected 375mg instead of 500mg yesterday

Doing a test-e 500 cycle and that was my second pin. Dont ask me how I made this mistake.

Anyway what would be the best solution?

1.Pin 125 extra tonight
2.Just do it properly next week, since its only 125mg
3.Do 125mg extra next week

You should split test e injections into twice per week, 250mg Monday/250mg Thursday, etc. Wait 3 more days and pin the last 125, and do it twice per week after that

Okay will do my next injection @ 250mg thursday morning then

So Thursday 10 am 250mg
Sunday 10 pm 250mg

Would be perfect?

Yes, 3 1/2 days in between injections is the perfect number, but this can be altered by a day either way when stuff happens. Test E is a long esther and you want to have your eye on maintaining levels over the whole cycle.
