about 7.5 lbs in three months, I know is not too much but I have been dieting for only 15 days and my gains are clean (at least I think so). I am a real hard gainer, I am chugging x21-24 my body weight ... I cannot go further, it is too much food for me ...
What do you think? Am I doing ok?
Btw, I am training like a moffffo, 15-18 sets per muscular group +2hs per day (not counting abs routine) and sometimes I feel like I want more. Don’t know why.
