It's not a steroid. It's oil that some people inject into their muscles to make them appear bigger. It does not add any strength, just makes muscles look bigger. I understand some bodubuilders use it to accentuate a lagging body part.

The gentleman metioned above has abused it to the point that he looks unnatural and distorted.

I appreciate the freak - entertainement just as much as the next guy. But, you know what I want to see? Some huge-ass synthol bloated calves. I think it would be funny to see some dude who calves that look like cartoon calves and he has to walk extra wide cause otherwise they brush to gether and trip him up.

Up till now, I think the craziest looking calves i have seen till now are Nasser El Sonbaty's. Although Dorian and Markus Rhule have some meaties.
