I can see you #1 problem. On this low fat diet you will not meet your goals. Anything less than a 25% fat intake, during any meal, causes an immediate, and severe drop, in testoterone production and an elevated shbg level. Also bear in mind that you need a great deal of fat calories to repair muscle tissues, as well as to build the lipid membrains encasing new muscle fibers and currently expanding one's. Not only do a I see very low overall fat intake, I see no effort being made to take in any EFA either. Where is your meat? Again, you need the fatty acids found in meat for optimal muscle growth. Unless you are supplimenting heavily with glutamine peptides and creatine, you need to get those from meat as well (I hate the idea of supplimenting such things). Why are you relying so heavily upon suppliments by the way? They are lacking the same nutritional value that real food possesses. Over, just the two meals you listed are pretty void of nutritional value. No veggies, the yolks (part of the eff with almost all of the nutrients) is gone. Fat free cheese? A great deal of the value of cheese is in the unique fatty acids found in dairy products. If the rest of yoru day looks anything like meals one and two, you will not achieve your goal anytime in the near future.

When I first read your diet I thought you were trying to lose weight. I agree with BBF, add a yolk or two to the eggs and if you are reluctant to use full fat cheese at least do the 2% even on cutting diet I use those and still lose wt. I would be in ketosis on what you discribed.
