i gained 12lbs in a just over a month, here's how

shoulders are on chest and back day. makes it so that i have to stay in the gym longer on those days but i think i can get the most out of shoulders on those days
 
that's great man!! thing is, eventually you will peak out and your muscles will be screaming out to you not to work them that intensely anymore. Using a pyramid principle every time out will surely catch up with you eventually. But that's great, all you'll have to do is re-adapt your program and find other ways to grow.
 
Are you juicing or what cause ther is no possible way you can gain 12 lbs in one month, that is solely muscle, you would be hard pressed to put on 6. think about though if you put on let's say 10lbs of LBM a month then in 2 months you put on what many can't even do in a year. Congrats with the hard lifting but check you bf% or just say you are on the sauce, don't want you confusing people thinking there's some miracle supplement out there.

every time i step on the scale i find it hard to believe myself. everything i've been doing i've already mentioned above. body fat % is still about 10 % just like it was before. if it's possible to do it when you're on juice then it's possible to do it naturally if you work hard enough.

i know i'll hit a plateau sometime but until then this is working for me and i just wanted to share my idea with the others on the board since it's something i've never seen anyone else with quite the same plan.
 
I've seen people gain 30 pounds in 30 days

His gains aren't out of this world. I've seen people gain 30, yes thirty pounds in one month of time. It was called "the fat project" contest in which a guy and a chick tried to put on 30 pounds in 30 days, all food supplied, winner got like 600 dollars or something. In the end, the guy ended up putting on like 32 pounds in only one month.

I'm amazed when I read a post like this. No possible way to put on 12lbs of lean mass in a month? For beginner's I don't think this is all that staggering, though it is decent. The last few times I bulked I put on about 6lbs lean mass, 2lbs fat in about 1 month(this is the length to which I generally limit bulking cycles) and I've been training for some time. I can't keep up these gains for long, but short term it's completely feasible. Just takes a lot of hardwork and attention to detail. I'm no genetic marvel, and I don't juice. Have a hell of a time getting lean, though.
 
of course you did. but u didnt mention the steroids taken. HAHA!!! and if u did gain 12 pounds "all natural" (whatever that is) i bet its not pure muscle. still 12 pounds is good
 
kinda crazy people think i'm on steroids, if that was the way i gained my weight then i would have named the thread "what kind of shit to inject to gain 12lbs". that's ok though, it makes me feel a little better that i've attained something that people think is impossible without the help of steroids. by the way you can check out the thread asking why natural guys don't juice. that explains my stand on steroids.(it's called cheating, not to mention the fact that they can kill you)

and as i mentioned before. body fat is STILL 10% just like it was when i started.

if you think my plan is bullshit, just give it a try for a little while. set a goal and do it. it won't work for everyone but i'm sure some will see results.

but if u worked out before and u just started trainning again..
12 lbs is not that much..
first by using creatine u gained at least 4lbs of water and some fat with the weight gainer..
u will loose the water when u'll stop using the creatine..

When u say that using steroids is cheating.. why using creatine isnt cheating too..
I think creatine sucks.. I only buy protein stuff and i never did any cycle yet..
Using steroids is just a dif way to train... should be used when u hit you're natural max.

try to get 12lbs of muscle naturaly in one month after 4 years of hard trainning.. impossible!

just my 2 cents. :)
