I finally ordered the quick slim!

you've tried so many different ways of.... dieting, were you going to say?
Not being familiar with 'quick slim', but from the name, it sounds like a marketing claim. Is this a pre-arranged meal plan to buy only certain foods? a pill?
You will lots of real useful info by knowledgable people right here on the diet board- eating clean, non-processed foods & quality, regular exercise is a sure way to good health & natural weight loss for anyone looking to make a lifestyle change. Most 'diets' will produce results...but is it something you can stay with 'for life'?

fyi, there was a really long thread about a month ago on the diet forum at health.com. i followed it for the longest. It turns out it was started by quickslim owners as false advertising. Some dude started the thread about how he wanted to lose weight and he would keep everyone posted throughout the thread claiming he lost 45 pounds. It had made almost everyone there purchase the product.
to make a long story short, nobody posted with success. As a matter of fact many posted against the product after trying it and this person would constantly rebump the thread saying he feels so good, etc.
Ultimately the moderator closed the thread.
