a well needed reply
well you sure do want an answer for your butter. i use the stuff when i'm not training for a show, but i would never use it if i was for 3 reasons:
1. the list of ingredients is a tad bit scary. it's full of preservitives some of which i have never heard of.
2. are you only going to squirt one serving?
3. when dieting for a show the food you are taking in should be only wholesome items, which are obviously not going to be that tasty, so sacrifice a little taste for a few weeks out of the year, it's not going to kill you.
so, i've never used it as part of my contest diet, but i have never thought to and i would never chance it even if it worked for someone else.
