All that can do is speed up your metabolism if you adopt a strict eating plan the next day. You will certainly be ravenous the next few days after eating so much but if you exercise restraint it work to your bodys advantage!!!

Oh yes, I don't think 20 bars is bad ... they are granola bars afterall :). I can easily eat 5 x 100g of chocolate bars, and thats just for dessert!!! And my stats aren't too shabby after these frequent "feedings".

I love the way people try and cope with the guilt by trying to figure out a "bright" side to losing self control. I mean seriously, one bar, shame on you but ok. Two bars, well, shame on me, but we'll get through it. Three bars, I'm not feeling so hot right now, these don't even taste that good, I'll be strict from hear on out and double the intensity in the gym. BUT A WHOLE BOX? Cmon......

But is loosing self control such a bad thing? I mean if it happens once in a while (and not every second day) .... afterall, we do try control nearly every aspect of our lives and so overindulging in food can be just a way to let go ... other forms of "letting go" are binge drinking.... smae thing is it not?
