All that can do is speed up your metabolism if you adopt a strict eating plan the next day. You will certainly be ravenous the next few days after eating so much but if you exercise restraint it work to your bodys advantage!!!
Oh yes, I don't think 20 bars is bad ... they are granola bars afterall

. I can easily eat 5 x 100g of chocolate bars, and thats just for dessert!!! And my stats aren't too shabby after these frequent "feedings".
