Just wanted to finally say to all you ladies that I totally appreciate all your hard work in keeping fit and healthy!
Story w/ me goes like this, will make it short:

Few years ago I started noticing these beautiful, fit, and athletic ladies competing in the Fitness America pageant. Said to myself, "Wow, that's amazing! Such beauty, but damn they're cut!" So I started following the fitness competitons, started buying mags, etc... I then basically fell in love w/ Tsainina Joelson and that was the true spark for me.

Well, to sum things up, I realize how much time and dedication it takes to look that good and keep fit. Personally, I respect the ladies even more so than the men because it's probably more difficult given genetics. I'm also glad to say that my love and respect for y'all has given me the honour to be close friends w/ a lady involved in the fitness industry.

I could have gone on w/ this, but all I wanted to say is I respect y'all, keep up the great work, hugs & kisses.
