I am the king of squats!

lumberg, last time you posted, i told ya about those wobbly knees. did you try any of those exercises that i recommended?

First of all you guys know the title of this thread is a joke right? I decided to wear this chintzy crown from my birthday party for the first video just for the hell of it. I'm not expecting anybody to be impressed.

Second of all that's what I first thought. The stupid stripe on the side of his pants fucks up how you perceive it. If he is going to // it's just barely. Either way it's more than I can do.

Thirdly I think my response to L_S was legit. I like the way I squat. I go deep and it feels good. You can tell me what to do all day long but until I see it I won't know what you're talking about.

Fourthly L_S thanks for the vid. I would like to see it from the same angle I took mine at though.

Finally when you guys say "hips" you mean abductors or what?

None taken Cuthbert- I thought they were a little high but with sweats on I couldn't tell. no excuse next week I will go lower on the fifth set

I'd say he's going to parallel. Hard to tell with that big fat ass he's sportin'. I guess you guys both eat at burger king.

j/k - looks great and mega macho with jumper cable clips. Now we just need a front view with a second set on your nipples and we can rock and roll.

At least you are putting the effort into your squats....too many meatheads are all about curls for the girls.............

Basically this tell that you hip are weak and need a little more work to catch up to your quads and erectors. Also on the vid3 your ass comes up way too early on the last few reps- hit the hamstring hard and you will be able to push up more instead of goodmorning the weight up, not bad at all though since you at least squat

I have this problem with the knee wobble pretty bad. What are ways to help this out? And how can i get my hips stronger? any advice is greatly appreciated!
 
Hail to the king baby! Lord Suston makes some valid points about how you can increase your weight. Try pushing your knees out on the way up instead of letting them float. Also think about driving your hips forward instead of pushing the bar up. This will help with hip drive and keeping your body in a nice smooth line.

By the way you set up for you squats exactly like I do, walk up, grab the bar, drop down, stretch up past the shoulders, then settle back under the bar. SWEET.

have a look at some of my squat vids as another example :)

anyway if you read anotehr thread by Lumberg posted a weeks ago with his squat clip, I posted a lot of stuff from DBHammer to help the knees buckling thing
