I've done one Hypertrophy specific program with great results. I'm wondering if doing supersets would increase my gains. It would look like this
Squats superset Stiff-Leg Deads
Incline Bench superset Weighter Dips
Weighted Chinups superset Barbell or Dumbell Row
Barbell or dumbell shug superset Barbell or Dumbell Shoulder Press
Lateral Raise superset Rear Delt
Dumbell Curl superset Dumbell Overhead Tricep Press
Calf Raise superset toe lift (for front of calves)
Weighted Decline Crunch superset Ab-Rollout
My previous was all these workouts witout supersets
i would do 3 weeks doing 2 sets of my 15 rep max, 3 weeks doing my 10 rep max and 3 weeks doing my 5 rep max. The last 3 weeks would be my 5 rep max or negatives. It would total a 12 week program that I log in a training specific notebook I have. I already know all my maxes from my last program but may start out at 90%-95% of those maxes so I can get full depth in all my excercises. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
