Hydroxycut..Asia beware?

GUys, I just got back from a local Nutrition centre (NOT GNC) in Singapore asking for Hydroxycut..they told me they don't sell it since the Hydroxycut in Singapore does not contain the ingredient Ephadrine to form the ECA stack since the substance is banned in Singapore!

Is this true? I went to the GNC centres in Singapore before and they never informed me of this..so how is it an ECA stack when the 'E' portion is missing??

I am not sure how many other countries in Asia have banned then substance so be ware when buying Hydroxy cut and other ECAs that the Ephadrine has not been removed as the lady at the nutrition centre infored me they do in Singapore!

Your better off drinking coffee and taking aspirin. It's a lot cheaper and as affective. The ephedra in any E.C.A stack is the main ingredient. It's what is used to replace Ephedrine, the original ingredient in the stack.

GNC in Canada does this too.....

...but you can still buy ephedrine HCL caps in Canada because they're legal to sell as long as the label says "nasal decongestant"....

As a point of interest - GNC also sells a toned down "Canadian" version of Xenadrine....

Well I've just bought my fisrt pack of hydroxycut from gnc..without ephadrine..let's just hope it works? Took the first tablet 30 mins ago and starting to get that jittery feeling!!

Just out of curiosity how long have you guys been using it before seeing noticable results? And should I have gone for the special offer of buying 2 packs at 40%discount

Seriously, you won't see results unless you have a good clean diet and you exercise....there is no miracle pill that just burns fat while you sit and eat...these pills mainly are used to give you the extra energy to burn the fat yourself. So if you are just taking them and not doing anything else, don't expect anything

Hi and thanks for the advice.. I am only taking them because i go the gym every other day, 30 mins cardio then 1.5 hours weights..but still can't get rid of the body fat around my waist..anyone with better ideas??

And is it cool to take 3 pils three times a day as per the recommendation, how do you guys take it??
