Just got back from my Back/BI day. Overall excellent workout.
Deadlift 5x5 315lbs (i couldn't even move 315 off the ground a month and a half ago. I could have probably 10 repped this it was soo easy.) PR! I'm thinking of trying to 1 RM 405 next week.
T-Bar Rows 2x10 135lbs
Pull Ups 2x10 and 7 BW
Straight Bar Barbell Curls 5x5 85lbs (last rep was really tought but managed)
dumbell preachers 2x10 30s
dumbell hammers 2x10 35s
