Okay, so I'll go ahead and help you out.
The deca will only cause more water retention. There is also a possibility that it could give you progesterone induced gyno, so keep an eye on your nipples to see if they get puffy or sensitive. Although now that I think about it, the winny shouldy wipe out the prolactin, reducing the likliness for gyno. The winny will help dry you out a little also, but not much.
If you want to avoid water retention, pick up some letrozole.
www.ag-guys.com Run it at .5mg-1mg/ed, depending on how much water you start to retain. The more water you hold, the more letrozole you'll need. Some need greater than 2.5mg, some dont. Different people need different amounts, so START at .5mg/ed.
I would also up the sustanon dose to 500mg/wk, 250mg above your weekly dose. You always want to use testosterone as a base, and always keep the test dose higher than the deca, to avoid deca-dica (limp dick.)
So heres my suggestion:
Sustanon, 500mg/wk, 1-10wks
Deca, 400mg/wk, 1-10wks
Winstrol, 50mg/ed, 1-5wks - YES YOU CAN DRINK THE WINNY
Letrozole
Your diet is what will make all the difference bro. If you want real help on your diet, you need to give us an example.
You need to make sure you're doing cardio atleast 3-4 times a week if you want to lose fat, along with being on a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you take it).
Please do a little more research before you jump into this again. You're fucking with your hormones and this is the only body you've got - treat it with respect.
