six pack is so shining through loving the results i measured my hips 35 1/2, a size 3 now, waist 26, Only thing is though as you get smaller clthes get bigger and then you have to go buy new ones.. I have also decided to do teh natural BB show in Kelowna in April , so I will do my SWFC show in november 6th then bulk up a little more than back on the cutting diet, for my April show.. This show I am in I will be goign against females on roids, so not too sure if I will place but defaintley I shoudl place in tha naturals.. How is everyone else's progress going??

WOW! Congrats! With 11 weeks to go still, you are going to rock at this competition!

I lost a little over 12 pounds in 8 weeks (actually most of that was in 6 weeks, but then it started to slow down). I took last week off from the weight room (still did some cardio) and also took the week off of cutting, but still ate clean during the week and gave myself a whole weekend to cheat! Now it's back to work, and it seems like last week was just what I needed to help me re-jump start my progress.

Yes, but it's not easy being patient!! I'm eager to get back to where I was before I got out of shape :)

Was doing well, but the last week has been crazy. School starts Monday (the kids come back) so I have spent the last 4 days either in meetings or setting up my classroom. Everyday I come home EXHAUSTED (mentally and physically). Have had some good workouts, but eating has been pretty poor. *sigh*

Ugh...I hear ya on that one. Kids start back the Tuesday after Labor Day here (but we have all that fun meeting junk next week), my own graduate classes in the evenings start next week. Not looking forward to adjusting my current train-whever-the-heck-I-want schedule and having to go to the gym when it's crowded in the late afternoon/evenings.

I was doing awesome for four months straight, lost 15 pounds, super low body fat. Then I just BURNED OUT and screwed up for a while and put 6 back on. Now I'm back down 4, so only 2 pounds away from what I was at my lowest. I had a goal to be super ripped by my wedding/vacation in November. I'm back to trying again, at least I haven't given up hope in being the perfect specimen :) I bought some Meridia to help with appetite suppressing, it turned out to not work for me at all, so I'm ceasing use at the end of this week. It's scary to stop...just in case it is doing a little something....I think that's my addictiveness kicking in though. I feel sssooo much better when I see some progress happening, even if it is just trying to get off the bit that I gained. I have to see constant change to be happy and stay motivated.
