How to gain LBM while cutting

Hey!

I would like your opinion on this priority workout program of mine, when on a low calorie intake.

The hole idéa is to gain Lean body mass even while you are cutting up. I've tried this program and think it rocks. The hole Idea is to be on a low calorie diet sunday to tuesday. Then on friday your bump your calorieintake with +200 above your maintenance calorie intake. On saturday U bump calories to +2000 to +3000cals. Also U take your proteinintake and dubble it, so If you eat 1.5protein per lb sun-fridag, your should eat +3 on the saturday. Now to the training. If you would like to gain some extra mass on your arms, then do arms on friday and take saturday and sunday off. No cardio on saturday. Note: It's no meaning working out the hole body on friday because you are prioritating the hole body, if so, skip cutting and start bulk fro a couple of months

I tried this program for my arms for 4 weeks, and gained a total of 2cm while loosing a big amount of fat. For the moment my priorities are my back, so I work out my back on fridag and eat like crazy on saturdays.

Comments? Anyone tried this? Sorry for the bad spelling..
 
Try taking 1000mgs/week of Test, about 6ius/day of HGH, 40mgs/day of Anavar, And about 600mgs/week of Primobolan Depot. Take all of this for about 12 weeks along with some clenbuterol, also low carb, high protein, moderate fat diet and it will happen.
 
First make sure you are on a diet that will work for you. Next set up a good workout schedule and stick to it. The most important part of this though is to be sure and rub mayonnaise all over your entire body 3 times per day. You'll be shredded in no time. Its an old skool BB secret..............shhh dont tell anyone.:D

He's obviously natural, and proposing a program that might actually work for some people.

Yo Alfons... the program looks good, i might even try it for 2-3 to experiment... with slight modifications.

Monday - Thursday:
1 gram of Fat per lb of bodyweight (mainly unsaturated sources)
1 gram of Protein per lb of bodyweight
0-20 grams of Carbs per day.

Friday - Sunday:
2.5 grams of Protein per lb of Bodyweight
.5 grams of unsaturated fat per lb of bodyweight
1.5 grams of carbs per lb of Bodyweight

Cardio mon-thur.
Weights Every other day. or two on, one off.
