what kinda protein are you guys using who said 180grams, 200grams from powders??..i hope not just whey?..you wannna have slow digesting proteins throughout the day and night , whey is most useful only post workout.

Over 60% of my intake is from powders. I use a milk isolate, whey is highly over rated in my opinion. I use whey isolate after my workout but milk isolate for general purpose. Milk isolate maintains much of the mineral content of whole milk. Also, since it uses membrane filtration it maintains many of its intrinsic benefits from the microfractions which are destroyed in the processing of casein. Casein is made by a process that uses an acidic process to seperate the whey from the casein.

ya i am around you too/.....

food is so fucking expensive these days...

i buy protein in bulk so it comes out to about a .01 dollars per gram

20 g ( 1 scoop ) is about 20 cents
Bulk, damn how much in bulk. I get mine at 21bucks for 6lb of whey, and that's the cheapest I've found. 22g protein per serving.

About 250 a day right now, no powders. I have gone as high as 600 grams a day, with no powders.

It depends on teh protein source, whey concentrates are pretty darn cheap but a 100% isolate will run around twic ethe price of a concentrate. I pay $5.99 a lb for my milk isolate and it's 90% protein.
