i eat 8oz chicken breast 4x/day so thats 200grams there. Plus 1 scoop whey protein in my oatmeal in the morning and 2 scoops post workout for a total of 275 grams, 200g whole food, 75g whey protein.
what kinda protein are you guys using who said 180grams, 200grams from powders??..i hope not just whey?..you wannna have slow digesting proteins throughout the day and night , whey is most useful only post workout.
