How much protein in a day???

I forgot to mention, I found a nice receipe on another forum for this:

4 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of peanut butter
4 scoops of your favorite power
a cup or 2 of water depending on how thick you want it.
mix together, microwave on high for 3-5 minutes
Enjoy BEFORE your w/o
haven't tried it yet, but tommorrow I will.
Sounds like the ultimate liquified oatmeal cookie

Found it on another forum, sound kinda good if ya like oatmeal.
I have yet to try it, but I did buy all in ingrediants last night, going to the gym in the am, so
will mix me up some liquified oatmeal cookie

1 protein shake before & after w/o w/ musclemilk that im drinking is 32g of p. x2 =64 grams + eggs that I consume, plus all my other food intake=100 grams p/day +/- 10 grams.

Thats why I'm here guys, to get the info.

Tell me what protein shake has 50g p/ps and I'm on my way to the store..

300mg test cyp, 300mg deca per week.
200mg B6 ed
500mg B12 ed
10mg nolv ed
3 tabs t-bomb each am before w/o
piece of ass each night after supper

you are on cycle so you should eat at least 3g protein per lb of bw per day. get some carbs in to.

No matter what I eat, I'm now consuming about 200g of p/pd.
What food has the most protein per serving.

beef is the ultimate source of protein. next to beef is bison if you can get a lean cut. i eat mostly those 2 but i also drink shit loads of milk and i eat eggs, chicken and once in a while turkey or pork. its all about the right balance. you need to metabolize the food quickly so you can eat more. i find that to keep my carbs higher than my protein and 60% complex 40% simple and also to eat a serving of greens with every meal helps a lot. part of what makes this work is eating 10 meals per day not counting the post w/o meal that i eat before leaving the gym. gym days i eat 11-12 meals.
 
Henryblake are you counting the protein in everything you eat? If you are eating enough calories a lot of it should be protein, i was getting around 430 grams a day at 4200 calories, so its easy to pass the 200 mark. Hit up extra lean beaf man. Its the best 350 calories and 50 grams of protein, that will stock you up on protein.

I'm working on doing my calculations for all my food intake.
I'm still learning this diet thing all over again.
Things I learned when I was 25 no longer hold true.(i'm 43 now)
I love to eat good lean beef & Bison(that sounds kinda GAY!)
I'm trying to watch my calorie intake more than anything right now, I need to get rid of the "gutter" over my hips.

I tried the pre-workout oatmeal receipe noted before in this thread. It was freakin delicious.
I had to experiment with the amounts tho.
What worked for me was 1/2 cup of raw regular oatmeal
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 scoops of Muscle Milk power
1 cup of water.
Mixed everything together, microwaved on high for 2 minutes, mixed again, mico'ed again for another minute, added about 1/4 cup 2% milk.
Ate the entire bowl and LOVED IT!!!
Felt great while I worked out.
Felt even better taking a dump later.:)
