My best is 315 for one. I think I have a lot of room to improve. Arms are only 15". MOst of weight is in my legs. Here is a link to a softball page of mine that has a bench calculator. I can do 3 solid, clean pushups all the way down to the ground...I sometimes have to rest at the bottom but can still pump it out baby!!!! Strength and power is my middle name.....ooohhhhhh yeahhhhhh!!!
about the best ive done is 300 for 6 reps, but that was 6 months ago!
Now I am lucky if I can do 260 for 8. I have always sucked at benching. I stick more too dumbell flys and inclines & declines at 70lbs each
first of all, there are different kinds of bench presses. flat, incline, decline, smith machine, dumbell flat, dumbell incline, dumbell decline, preacher bench, jonny bench, tool bench, oh and this question is gay.

I am currently doing rack lock outs with the green rubber dumbells they have next to the ladies locker room. They don't have a weight written on them, so I assume my max is about the same as the rest of you meatheads.
