hey guys im not really sure what my max is to tell you the truth i switched to dumbells for the last month or so and on my last set i do 90's for a set of 5.. I think i can do about 275 though.. But my junior year in highschool i blew my knee out in lax so i couldnt work out my legs so i worked out my chest 3 times sometimes twice and i could do 280 3 times on my fourth set. Now i try to work my weak areas more instead of my chest, to catch up. I'm a freshman in college right now in case you were wondering.
