What are some stats to go along with the lbs, such as weight, age, ht, bf%
Personally 23 5'9" 175, 10% push up 280 for one rep.
I'm looking for the 300CLUB
I train my chest about every six days. It is my strongest muscle group. I got 405 for 6 reps a couple days ago. I sure I could hit at least 455. 5'10" 235, bf probably around 13%.
i can bench the empty bar for 2 negatives with a spotter, of course, only if i feel strong...yesterday i psyched out and did 3 NEGATIVES with the empty bar!!!!!!! TOP THAT!!!!!!
Lots of impressive weights on the bench but I have not seen anything special for squats or dead lifts. I squated and dead lifted more than anything mentioned above at 18 and at 195lbs.Not a flame guys but i find those to lifts to be more impressive than the bench press.
