Im not really sure.. In my last workout I did 295 for 10 pretty easy.. so I would guess Im right around 400... I train chest once a week..I'll switch up incline benches and flat benches from month to month..then I also do weighted dips..only 3 sets of each...

Dr.. it was an easy 10..I feel I could of done 3-4 more..but I had no spotter...I know that a straight 295 for 10 will not put you at 400..but like I said..I feel I could of done 3-4 more...how tall are you and what do you weigh..btw???
