This ought to get good! After reading the "post your stats" a week ago I realized how full of shit most of the people here are.
Everyone claimed to have the same stats as the pros yet when you go to every gym in the US you only see a handful of people that are 5'8" 230 and 6%. But they all happen to hang out here at elite. I bet 95% of the guys here are normal looking guys with better than average muscle development.
yo yo yo....ripped to shreads and sust man how big r u...i had a guy on my college football team that was 6-0 about 310 and he threw up 550..i was amazed....but any way to answer the question i can get about 335 right now... i am 20 years old....i wanna get it up to around 365-375 by end of summer!

i used to train chest twice a week and our football workout had us doin it twice with only 2 days of rest in between i didnt like it...i am doin it once a week right now 5 sets of 5...try that..u will be sore every week no matter how long u been liftin for....i am got 275 for 5 sets of 5 yesterday....i will go up to 280 next week..u should gain every week if u get all the reps...sets 4 and 5 get hard....i wanna be up around 300 or so by april or so...peace fellas....good question...we need more interactive questions...as long as everyone is honest
