within 9 natural months I was upto 218# and 9%, then juice upto 242 and 10%. I had a horrible crashed down to around 170 after breaking off a 6 year relationship (HS sweetheart thing).
In the past 8 years I have yo-yo'd never heavier than 250, never lighter than 185. Mainly due to rugby, changing positions and seasons (15s vs 7s requires some weight change/speed and centre to hooker definitely required some meat)
When I hit the gym last year with BB in mind it was a few months after suffering a broken neck and summer rugby, weight was down to 185. I went form 185 to 215 before a bad bit of bulking upto 248.
Now, 210 and I would say somewhere in the 12-15% area.
At age 18 I did depo-test from upjohn. I did a whopping 1cc a week for 5 weeks and went from 140 to 155, knew nothing of clomid, hcg, NOTHING at all, so that gain was gone in no time. Injected very close to the sciatic.
My goal it to reach and maintain 230 and less than 10%(preferably 8%) til death.
